Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

Returns will be accepted on items in unused condition with all original tags and packaging still intact, and the request is within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@themindsettapestry.com. Requests submitted after the 7-day window won't be accepted.

Processing Timeline

We may require 7-10 business days to process returns once the package arrives at our facility.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only after the product reaches our facility in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. Items not meeting these standards won't be refunded. Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

Return Shipping & Non-Refundable Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For defective or damaged items, please include details in your email to our customer service team.

International Orders

Due to shipping and customs limitations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international purchases are considered final sale.
